HISTORY

As local bike shop owners for almost 30 years now, Ashan & Leanne have experienced first hand the exciting evolution of the retail bicycle business.

Our recyclables are delivered weekly to KARC, local metal recyclers, local tire recyclers, and sometimes even donated to local artisans. We are an eclectic bunch of individuals, coming from a variety of cycling backgrounds - city commuters, recreational road & trail riders, triathletes, world-ranked cyclocross competitors.

PLEASE NOTE: 

E-bike service is limited to those brands that we currently carry - Trek & Electra only, please.

While we continue to service all brands of bikes, our scope of service may be limited on some brands, due to the proprietary nature of new technologies and parts.

 We will do our best to advise you of these limitations at drop-off time, after the bike has been assessed by our Service Advisor. 

Overhaul services cannot be offered on non-Trek bikes that require proprietary parts. 

Bikes equipped with Campagnolo parts are limited to the Level 1 Service Package.

  • Level 1 Service includes:
  • Thorough bike wash
  • Align and adjust brakes
  • Align and adjust shifting
  • Fasteners torqued
  • Recommended every 25 hours of riding
  • Replacement parts not included in service package price.
  • Scope of service may be limited on some brands of bikes.
  • Level 2 Service includes:
  • All Level 1 items, PLUS
  • Remove and deep clean drivetrain components (chain, cassette & crank)
  • Perform lateral and vertical wheel truing
  • Adjust wheel bearings

  • Replacement parts not included in service package price.

    • This service package is not available for non-Trek bikes that require proprietary parts. 

    • Level 3 Service includes:
    • All Level 2 items, PLUS
    • Disassemble the entire bike and deep clean all parts, overhaul all bearing systems
    • Flush hydraulic brakes, and replace & re-route all cables and housing.
    • Recommended every 100 hours of riding
    • Replacement parts are not included in service package price.
    • This service package is not available for non-Trek bikes.
    • E-Bike Service Includes:
    • All Level 1 items, PLUS
    • Inspection of electrical components and cables
    • Diagnostics & Firmware/Software updates
    • Recommended every 50 hours of riding
    • Replacement parts not included in service package price.
    • This Service Package is limited to Trek & Electra e-bikes only.
